Pirates Cove at Ripley’s Aquarium

ProAction Cops & Kids is a fabulous initiative which partners officers with youth in the community. Founded in 1991, it provides programs such as sports, camping, arts and life skills. Mentoring between cops and kids is also encouraged. Today, there are chapters across Toronto, Durham, Niagara and Hamilton.

I had the opportunity to recently attend their fundraising gala, “A Night at Pirates Cove”, at Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada! It’s a fabulous place to host an event!  After hours, you get a true private experience…without worrying about crowds!

The moving walkway in Dangerous Lagoon was so much fun! I did it 4 times!

There were food stations throughout the Aquarium. However, the dessert table was my favourite with the selection of macarons!
