Summerlicious: that glorious time of year where you can dine at some of Toronto’s top restaurants at a discount. With over 200 places to choose from, every culinary option is available to satisfy your craving. Lunches are priced from $15-$25 and dinners are $25-$45 per person for a three-course meal.
Notable.ca has a fabulous contest right now, #17nightsofsummerlicious, where they are giving away dinner for 2! Each day, they feature a different restaurant on social media with participants submitting entries from 9am-3pm. A winner is selected at 4pm for a reservation that evening.
I’m no foodie, but here are pictures of all of the dishes we had. We definitely had no complaints! Portions were fair, customer service was great, and we left satisfied.
Heirloom Carrot & Avocado Salad – buffalo yogurt, almond granola, horseradish vinaigrette
Calamari & Chorizo Sausage – charred orange, angelino peppers, blistered tomato, olive vinaigrette
Pan Seared Halibut – rock shrimp, beluga lentils, peas, carrots, tabbouleh
Roasted Pork Loin – beet spaetzle, summer squash & variegated radishes, peach mortared
Lindt Chocolate Pudding – toasted marshmallows, cookie crumble, strawberry cannoli
Baked Alaska – banana and caramel ice cream with red velvet cake and toasted meringue
“This looks amazing!”
